Kiran Majumdar started her professional career in hospitality and after a decade of hotels and resort operations, moved to Inox cinemas to be their Housekeeping manager in East India. Then, the creative bug struck. She started with prop design and decor, then after Inox she dabbled in paintings and home decor items and sometime in 2017, took up photography. With her partner Sajith, she formed a boutique outfit called Kairos Photography and did events, fashion, product and food photography. But the nomad in her pulled her elsewhere. To features. And the photographer had come of age.
